Oh Brother Where Art Thou is my favorite soundtrack and Man of Constant Sorrow is a big song from that movie covered by the “Soggy Bottom Boys.”  This is my go-to song in the car with Dylan.  It immediately puts us in a good mood, as does most bluegrass music.  But this is the winner!

Ok. I’m running out to play 5 hours of blues as a sideman at Terra Blues with Michael Powers! I haven’t been a sideman in many years.  It should be relaxing to sit back, close my eyes and play the blues. Not worry about paying musicians, the club owner, what song to play next, cueing other musicians… Wait a minute I love being the bandleader and doing all those things!

I wonder if i can just sit back and relax. We’ll see…
